A friend of mine is getting out of the hobby..His tank is a custom glass cages 240 RR tank with star-fire 3 sides. I have a chance to buy this tank stand and sump for a really good price..

Hears what i don't like and have a issue with

The tank has 2 overflows on one end..More thank likely the tank will be set up as a " in wall" set up if i buy it and not a peninsula..I dont like were the overflows are...so i was thinking of drilling another overflow in the other end..

Your guys thoughts on this would be great

IMO, I might try either way. If I didn't drill out another end, I'd cover the drain side with gsp and a few monti caps, giving it a ledge appearance with a small island in the middle for my sps and a larger island/rock wall on the other end for sps.
