So I just bought a full Aquacontroller Apex from a friend. It's all in a box with tons of wires and cords and stuff. He offered to help me set it up but I thought I could figure it out myself.

Turns out I have NO idea what I'm doing and can't find an instruction manual "for dummies."

Anyone know of a good video or tutorial to help me out?!

+1 to the above. Read the users guide fully. I was very intimidated by it as well. When you're ready, plug it all together and start with 1 simple device like you're return pump. It should always be on ( you can do more advanced programming later), so Fallback ON, Set ON. After you feel comfortable with the easy commands, you can try more advanced stuff. It is truly an awesome device. The hardest part for me was setting the router, but the instructions worked step by step. You'll love it.

I'm pretty good at building computers and I have rewired my entire house but I was intimidated by my apex at first. Like ghostman says start with one item and keep going. I use the pre made setups and than switch to advanced mode. It will type all the text for you and than you can tweak it or add to it.

Cool. Will have to read up also since I'm looking for a new controller. :)
