Infection or slime on wrasse?

I have this new 6 line wrasse in copper power QT. Only at 1ppm right now. He has these 2 weird white things on the side of his body. Yesterday he only had one spot. And when I got him he had zero spots. I noticed from the video I took, it looks as if it is sticking out from his body. I’ve also heard they can release slime out of their body. Please help me identify what this is and if I need to treat with anything if serious enough.

He is also eating just fine as well as being active all day.

How long has the wrasse been in this tank?
What is the ammonia level?
What are you testing ammonia and copper with?

Copper power doesn’t work until you reach 2 ppm, so get that dose up ASAP.
