I've added anemone to my fairly new fish tanks with a few Zoas. He seemed stressed at first then opened up and was happy at first. The next day after work I couldn't find it. It was hidden under a rock closed up. seems like it has no grip. This is the second day still in the same spot. I think is dead.

It’s hard to tell, picture too blurry. It does look pretty dead or close to it though.

It’s best to add an anemone to a tank that’s at least 6 months old, even better 12 months.

Can you take a better picture with white light ?

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
