Is my anemone splitting or dying?

got this anemone a couple days ago, when I saw it at the lfs I was currently looking for an anemone, and i saw this one was splitting, so I told the guy I wanted it, then as he was getting it off the glass, I noticed it actually had 3 feet and the whole thing was being held together by small peices of tissue, so I though to myself jackpot, anyway when I got it home it wasnt exactly shriveled up but also wasn't bubbled, I put it on the rock and it clung to it tightly, the mouths were closed and all was well, fast forward a day and it looks like this, I can't tell if it's dying or what, it's stuck tight to the rock though,

Oh I acclimated it with temp only and I'm not feeding it for a few days
