Is my blue spot puffer fish sick or fat

I noticed my blue spot puffers under side looked a little weird I don’t really look at his underside but I noticed it looks big and lop sided I’ll attach images below sorry for the bad photos

It has kind of heavy breathing
She probably overfed him/he overate and didn’t chew enough and that’s why. My porcupine does this too after a big meal and then slowly digests it. He should be fine after he finishes digesting it and may regurgitate some.

It’s starting to look more normal thanks for the help

Looks like overfeeding. These guys can and will eat endlessly. If its swimming normal, likely not constipation or bladder issue. If overfed, the golf ball appearance should subside by morning
