a week ago i got a green bubble tip nem for my tank and i have just cone back after a couple days and saw a white patch on the side of my clown, it isn’t spots but could this be where the clown has touched the nem because i know they need to get used to it and it has been hovering above it. I am new to the hobby so dont know about fish illnesses. Any help would be great. You can see a video of it below as well as a picture. IMG_9846.png

Fish either has constipation or is egg bound
Have you seen recent feces and what is color and consistency?

The clown is breathing fast in the video. The patch on its skin is a sign of infection or injury, as is the one-sided swelling. Internal infections are very difficult to treat in fish. Do you have a treatment tank available?

It always seemed to breathe fast, i have a running skimmer as well as a powerhead pointed at the surface so don’t think it’s due to aeration, think it might even have been breathing like that in the shop
