I got my Longfin fairy wrasse two days ago. He has been eating and active, but I just went to check on him in quarantine and he was resting on the bottom and almost completely white. Is he sick and if so, what can I do for him? The first picture is from today and the second one is him at the store.

Ammonia and nitrite were zero. Ph was about 8. He perked up a bit and regained his color and ate his dinner shortly after this, so I assume he may have been sleeping?
Possibly, just keep a close eye on him and let us know :)

Probably sleeping but QT tanks have all kinds of issues on their own with weird water quality problems and of course unpleasant & stressful environments for fish.
