My torch has been closed recently with me having changed nothing and chemistry staying the same. I just saw this on the glass. Is this a euphilia eating flat worm?

Often this will happen when:
Too much light and flow
low calcium
low salinity
lack of feeding (feed mysis shrimp)

I would remove and try and photograph but now it’s gone :/ I think I’ll just dip it to be safe
