Could be a polyp that bailed. I would check your torches to be sure.
It has been down there for a little bit more then a month and when I did my water change it stayed there and I sucked right over it and I will take a look but have not noticed anything like that

That looks like a baby mushroom to me - I know this sounds impossible but I’ve seen my orange ricordea Yuma’s push out some neon green babies. I wish I had photos of them but they look identical to the one you have. And as they age they slowly darken and gain more colour as the old green gets dispersed.
