Will need more than 7 seconds especially with fish moving around. Do I see these on one side only?
May be mucus cones mixed in with ich but need more video length and brighter white light intensity

I agree that a longer video is helpful, but what I can see doesn’t really look like ich. More like an injury to me.

I agree, too large to be ich, unlikely to be mucus plugs since they are only on one side. If they showed up suddenly, this is from an injury.
