How old is your tank? Cannot see what you are trying to show in your pic, but little white dots makes me think snail eggs or those tiny little spiral worm shells.

My tank is over 5 months old now and these dots have been there for around a month and recently they have started appearing on all the rocks in the tank. Will send a new better picture

Those are little swirl shells, worms or snails, I'm not sure. Its very common in a new tank, I don't know why, but the numbers will die down as the tank ages.

PS - a magnifying glass from the dollar store is an amazing tool in this hobby, and will show you so many things your eyes can't see. I highly suggest everyone should have one.

The white shells may be spirorbid worms. They seem harmless to me, sort of unsightly once they start to cover the glass but I really just ignore them on the rock surfaces. At least they aren't vermetids!
