I highly recommend this stuff too. I use plastic ketchup bottles to make my food. Mix in a variety of about six different cubes, some shredded nori, and throw in a chunk of this stuff. It's labeled as herbivore but it's the original variety with some vegis added, which all fish eat. It has great size chunks in it!
