K7 pro v3 profile suggestions

Hi guys just fitted 3 x k7 over my 4 ft 120 gallon setup it's a new tank will be setup as a lps /softie tank could anyone help me with a custom profile that they use for something similar that I could dial back the power until my tank is mature
