Okay, ive been all over the coralvue website and cannot figure out what the PS connection is on the Klir DI4 controller. The TS is where you connect the optical sensor, but PS has left me guessing.

Anyone figure it out?

That's been my guess, but haven't seen proof of that anywhere! I was kinda hoping I could use to to manually progress the roll or add a backup optical sensor etc

Couldn't be daisy chain since if your using 2 units, you utilize a Y-connector for the 2nd unit's motor and disregard the 2nd unit's controller, power adapter and optical eye.
Might be for something with their ATO unit since it seems like the same controller unit.

Based on the stills from that article, looks like the original prototype had a 2nd sensor plugged into the PS port to stop the motor from winding if it detected water at that height like if you shut down your feed pump.
