Mine won't measure up to a lot of these but I'm just getting back into the hobby after a 25 year absence. There were no controller boards then since there were NO CONTROLLERS! Also no refugiums, LED lights, dinos or copepods, (at least none we knew of). Instead we had live rock, metal halide lights and chillers!

Nice setup for being “out of it” for 25 years.

Here is mine. This is the section that houses all the electronics. The controller is in a small cabinet space that I’ll be adding more GHL equipment to, so it’s mostly storage now. Wanted all the wiring to be protected from water so I made the stand 12” wider than the tank.

I also run GHL equipment but what are those three GHL components for? Never seen them before now.

My current Hydros powered setup. Have a few cords I need to tuck away and clean up but happy with it for the most part, adding dosers in the next month and the hydros x10 and iV when they get released later this year.

Feel free to follow my build thread or my Instagram reef tanks page @cincyreef07 . I keep my Instagram page updated the most but also try to remember to update the build thread here on r2r too

Nice setup for being “out of it” for 25 years.
The biggest improvement since then is social media sites such as this as well as You Tube videos showing how to do all this stuff. Used to be you had one, or a very limited number of people to go to for help/advice. Now the resources are endless, you just need to weigh all the contradictory advice and decide what makes sense to you.

Here ya go. It’s an adaptive reef board and the front pane of the stand is one piece of solid acrylic. I used a plunge saw to cut out a section for the controller cabinet.
The last section is going to be controllers for my MP 40’s when they arrive.

panel in the garage - components under tank. ~25' away. Had to run 1-1/4" 2x out of garage and back into room behind tank. No over/under access in this room. The conduits enter the grey j-boxes under the tank. One for line voltage and the other for control wiring to panel.
Edit, guess I need to get a new picture under tank - it has grown some since this pic.
