Mine won't measure up to a lot of these but I'm just getting back into the hobby after a 25 year absence. There were no controller boards then since there were NO CONTROLLERS! Also no refugiums, LED lights, dinos or copepods, (at least none we knew of). Instead we had live rock, metal halide lights and chillers!
I also run GHL equipment but what are those three GHL components for? Never seen them before now. Here is mine. This is the section that houses all the electronics. The controller is in a small cabinet space that I’ll be adding more GHL equipment to, so it’s mostly storage now. Wanted all the wiring to be protected from water so I made the stand 12” wider than the tank.
Those are the 3 6E-PABs. Love the GHL stuff.I also run GHL equipment but what are those three GHL components for? Never seen them before now.
The biggest improvement since then is social media sites such as this as well as You Tube videos showing how to do all this stuff. Used to be you had one, or a very limited number of people to go to for help/advice. Now the resources are endless, you just need to weigh all the contradictory advice and decide what makes sense to you.Nice setup for being “out of it” for 25 years.
That's really nice!!Here ya go. It’s an adaptive reef board and the front pane of the stand is one piece of solid acrylic. I used a plunge saw to cut out a section for the controller cabinet.
The last section is going to be controllers for my MP 40’s when they arrive.
Thank you buddy!That's really nice!!
