About a year ago, I had about 5 torches and were infested with Polyclad flatworms. I ended up losing them and I tossed all the torches I had in the tank. The tank I had then was semi transitioned into a SPS tank with a few Acans.

My question is, since it's been about a year without any torches (mainly only sps / acans) --- Would the flatworms have died off by now?

As long as no eggs, should be gone. You can add a dragonet fish, yellow coris wrasse or springieri damsel to be on guard and eat any should there be any strays
