Hi All,

I am purchasing the Waterbox AIO 25 and plan to have some anemones and a couple of special clowns.

My question is on the lighting, how much do anemones need? Never had them before, but have a large Waterbox reef and run AI but don’t want the outlay on this tank.

Would the blow Maxspect Jump be sufficient? Or are there any other recommendations around this price range (£100)

RATE POWER: 30w
SUITABLE FOR TANK: 30-50cm / 11 3/4" - 19 1/2"
WEIGHT (LED UNIT): 845g / 29.8oz
DIMENSION (LED UNIT) : 242x124x28.5mm / 9 1/2"x 4 3/4" x 1 1/4"

As always appreciate the help and advice,

Chris.

I dont know anything about that light but 30watts is pretty weak for nems, imo.
I ran 2 16hds on my 30g and the nem and breeding clowns loved it.
For nems I would think 1 16hd to start would work. 2 would be better.
I bought all my 16hds used for 1/2 of what they go for new. Something to think about anyway.

Agree with this. Mine are right under kessil 360's turned almost all the way up. 30w will be insufficient in my eyes.

Thanks, I’ve decided to upgrade my main tank lights so will actually have 2 x 16hd’s so can use one on the nem tank!
