imo no, lta are sand dwelling and orbits just wont penetrate enough to get you 250-350 par on the sand bed. Especially on a 125 gallon sized tank. I had luck in the past with orbits and BTAs (rock dwelling), with a standard 125gal (6ft). If you’re able to get them high enough in the rockscape they’ll find the sweet spot
