I would contact Eliot at marine collectors I think he has a good rep for getting hard to find fish. Id also consider contacting live aquaria directly

Already asked live aquaria they told me basically if it comes in it comes in but first come first serve unfortunately. But I haven’t tried marine collectors I will shot them a message thank you.
