We switched to UPS a couple of years ago. FedEx was extremely hard to work with when we had delayed shipments, and they were happening way too often at the time. UPS has been great so far so we’ve just stuck with them the last couple of years. We were die hard FedEx for many many years.

i have issues with fedex locally .... that and the charge they want to place to have it held at the local office.....
