Does anyone/ microbiologists know what these things are, I believe my fish have a bacterial infection, just trying to find out if anything in these pics are worry some? And what to look for when I do a skin scrape.

I see copepod, fluke and possible turibella worm. Freshwater dip should address the flukes and any worms.

I see copepod, fluke and possible turibella worm. Freshwater dip should address the flukes and any worms.
And this is the brown stuff on my sand... Idk what it is, was thinking diatoms but not sure.
I did some research...but can't seem to find these...

Looks more like flagellates

I am sorry can you circle where the fluke is, I'm assuming it's the big thing but...I read a post and used Google lens and I'm just not seeing it. Maybe the species of the fluke would be helpful to me.
