Hi guys,

I have two tanks (Fluval 13.5 and a Nuvo 40). I recently just built the Nuvo 40 and I used the Red Sea reef mix for it. The thing is, my Fluval has always been on Aquaforest reef mix for over a year and I want to slowly switch it over to the Red Sea mix. Can I just do water changes with the Red Sea mix or should I do water changes with half of each salt mix?

I was told by many the Red Sea mix is way better than the Aquaforest one.

When I changed from Red Sea Coral Pro to the standard Red Sea salt, I used a 50/50 mix until the Coral Pro was used up and that gave a slow change over and also used up all the old salt
