I have a Duncan that is around 12 years old and has been fragged countless times. It was my first coral - just one head - and continues to thrive and expand. It has gotten big enough that it is blocking the view on a good quarter of the tank so I decided to try and frag some of today to reduce size. Unfortunately I wasn't properly prepared for how think and strong the stalks have become.
I just wanted to share what it looks like out of the water. This is it sitting on a standard 12" bucket lid. It is massive and heavy.
..and this is it in the corner of my tank from last year.
Does anyone else have a long lived Duncan that they love?
