What is the most challenging creature to keep in the hobby? It can be personal most challenging or just general consensus on what’s hard to keep.
Not personal experience, but moorish Idols I’ve heard because they only eat sponges. As well as sea cucumbers but I’m not too sure as to why?

It’s hard to narrow it down to just one challenging to keep species but here’s mine;

This is in no way personal experience - those who know me and this fish will know this guy is currently 4 years old and still thriving. However altogether, people seem to attempt QT with this fish and it rarely succeeds. These guys just shouldn’t be kept by people who want to QT everything and anything that goes into their tank. They also have difficulties with feeding so for best survival I find they are best put into an established tank instead of a sterilised tank straight away.
