I have never broken down such an integrated system before and I'm hoping to get some advice and/or tips and tricks.

I have a Red Sea Reefer XL 200 full reef tank with mainly LPS, inverts, and fish. I've read it's best to sell the livestock separately than the tank to maximize $$$, but I'm hoping to get advice from someone that has done this before. I'd like to ensure the livestock is going to a great home since I've put so much time and care in building this reef tank.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Here's a quick rundown:
- Red Sea 200 XL (53 gallon total capacity) in Black
- Red Sea Reefer Skimmer 300
- Red Sea ReefLED 90
- Red Sea ReefLED Mounting Arm

Corals:
- Large green hammer coral
- Small purple/green hammer coral
- Small Green hammer coral
- Medium-large Frog Spawn
- Green acan brain
- 2 separate purble/blue acan brains
- Large zoa colony (purble/maroon)
- Large zoa colony (orange green)
- Big green star polyps colony on a detached large live rock
- Large duncan coral
- Assorted other small corals

Fish/inverts:
- Coral Beauty
- Diamnond Watchman Goby
- 6 line wrasse
- 2 Ocellaris clown fish - with heavier black coloring
- Pistol Shrimp + yellow watchman goby pair
- Blood red fire shrimp
- Coral banded shrimp
- Bunch of snales and hermits and other assorted inverts
