I have a 13.5 fluval evo. I upgraded to an MP10 and have the flow set on nutrient transport. Now, I just noticed that the flow stopped bouncing around like it should and stayed at a constant speed. I bought it used and just realize that I didn’t get a power brick with the MP10. I just ordered one, but would the missing power back be the cause? I tried to reboot, reset and remove the device from my mobius app. I tried to contact live support but being that it’s Sunday no one is online that I can talk to. If anyone could help me I’d really appreciate it! Thanks!

What schedule do you have it on when you click on the mp10 in the app? When you say power brick do you mean the controller?

@Beretta if you don’t have a power brick how are you powering it?

Here are factory instructions for resetting the controller
Any Vectra purchased used, will need to have its Controller factory reset prior to use. To do this, please follow the steps below.

  1. Hold the "Mode" and "Set" buttons until flashing Red/White/Blue
  2. Hold the "Mode" button until Red/Purple
  3. Hold the "Mode" and "Power/Option" button until solid Green
