My sailfin tang has white fuzzy looking spots after returning from my trip this week and I’m concerned

Pic is blurry and fish is distant in picture to determine anything. Please repost or even post a you tube video

She has been in the tank a month I think
My other fish include a pair of clownfish a lawnmower blenny and a blue eye tang I have some Bubble tip anemones and two mini carpets but everything else in the tank looks fine and no one else has these spots

Thank you. This does not appear neither ich or lympho but bacterial. My other concern is how thin the fish is and the fact the water current is moving the fish showing sign of weakness.
Is it eating normal and what foods are you offering it?

I’m currently feeding thawed frozen mysis and brine shrimp as well as life line minced herbivore and minced carnivore I also recently bought nori sheets to put on a clip for them

The round “spot” Looks like someone bit him.
Very common.
A bite would be sunken in or showing flesh - Not raised
