Im thinking 707 area. Or right in myrtle, rent depending. Hopefully have a place by mid summer.
I'd suggest check out Waccamaw pottery(on 501 at icw), I've heard to get tenants in there they're giving really great rates on rent. It's also centrally located to mb, nmb, conway and within carolina forest with its large primary resident population.

I will look into that asap. Im definitely interested in seeing the rates

Its really about the cost of rent and being easy to find. Ive found 1k for 1500sqft building down this way. Which is pretty lucky unless you go to pretty terrible buildings.

Cleanliness in both the store and the livestock is going to be part of my focus

im from myrtle beach sc, im looking for any local reefers to trade frags, chat and possibly set up a club.

sc people sound off and maybe we can get a group/club together
I go to Coastal Carolina and I have a nano tank. I just began getting frags. I would love to trade frags and chat.

We need a well stocked local reef store. After Bruce's passing it left us without too many options.
