Hi everyone, I’m new to saltwater tanks. I was on my way to a fish store the other day and was given a bunch of live rock for free from another saltwater hobbyist. I got excited and put the live rock in my tank and didn’t quarantine any of it. I know a that was a bad mistake. A couple days later I noticed some gsp sprouted out. I have noticed a couple of other things come out of the life rock and I am unsure of what it is and if it is harmful. Any info would help. I currently have a Hippo Tang, 2 ocellaris clownfish a lawnmower blenny, and a mono angelfish in my tank along with some turbo snails and hermit crabs.

Welcome to Reef2reef!

The first picture looks like some sort of palythoa, is that's what you're talking about.

The last two look like mushroom corals, though it's hard to tell.

None of these are harmful in your tank, but palythoas have a pretty nasty toxin that you should do research about.
