Does anyone know what this is. Couldn't find anything online about it. Thank you in advance for the help

The best description I can give is it looks like a small cotton ball with some sort of head on it

Looks like a sponge to me. I wouldn't worry about it.

Agreed. Most likely a pineapple sponge.

Thank you everyone. Looked more into pineapple sponges and it looks almost identicle
They're harmless. My regal angel loves to eat them

Oh god. Personally I would try to suck it out if I were you. While they won't sting anything or necessarily harm anything I have them in my tank and I absolutely HATE them. Whenever I do a water change they go flying everywhere. Coral waste energy trying to eat them and I hate how they look when they're stuck to coral.
