Hi guys, upgraded my 15G + sump to a 30g + sump.

I want to enlarge the fish load but i might am trying to push it too much.

At the moment there is 2 clown, 1 okinawae, 1 mandarin, 1 lysmata amboniensis 1 thor, 1 mithrax. and around 10 inverts between nassarius, trochus, hermit.

I was thinking to add:
1 coral banded shrimp
2 Lysmata kuekenthali
1 firefish Nemateleotris Magnifica
1 Acreichtys Tomentosus
2 Sphaeramia nematoptera
1 CHRYSIPTERA HEMICYANEA or 1 sergent major

and another 10 snails between nassarius, cerith, rhinoclavis

Is it too much?

The firefish should be fine. I have no idea about the filefish. The Cardinal should be fine. The Damsel, I don't know--aggression issues with the other fish might be a concern. The coral banded shrimp might be a bit large. Is the 30gal a cube or a long (breeder)? The kukenthalis should be fine. I'd just watch your corals.

If it were me, I'd get the firefish, cardinal and maybe the filefish (watch your corals), and I'd probably swap out the damsels for something more peaceful like pink streak wrasses or a tailspot blenny + yasha goby. I'd try out all of the shrimp and see what does well, rehome if not behaving!

Filefish no, they need a minimum 60 gallon tank, they get bigger than you think they do. Ive seen some at my LFS 4 or 5 inches
