YupShould I flip it right side up?
You can but it won't do anything. How'd you acclimate it?Should I flip it right side up?
Ok let me see if it stays.Yup
But he needs to stay upright….
I put it Into a small tank and dripped in water for a little over an hour. Once the water was almost 3x the amount of the original water, I put it in.You can but it won't do anything. How'd you acclimate it?
If he doesn’t, something is wrong.Ok let me see if it stays.
Often they do this if there is too much flow which will also cause them to hide as well as seeking desired locationI just got an anemone yesterday evening, and it moved all the way across my tank onto the other side, but it’s sitting upside down. It doesn’t look shrivelled up or anything, and the colour looks normal. Is this typical?
This is also a possibility.I have had some roll end over end they ended up fine. I have always noticed by texture of flesh when things start going bad.
But ultimately it’s your choice, if you want, return it if you want
This is also a possibility.
It’s been 24 hours some have concerns.
I turned off the lower power head and now just posted a pic of where I moved him. Hoping he’s ok!Often they do this if there is too much flow which will also cause them to hide as well as seeking desired location
Looks good.
See if he sticks, if so, there’s no issue.Looks good.
Fingers crossed he’s ok. He’s moving around a bit but not following over yet.Looks good.
If you have to, ok to place between two rocks s9 he does not move around, so as to give him plenty of time to stick.Fingers crossed he’s ok. He’s moving around a bit but not following over yet.
What kind do you have, I have seen a Condy finally find a home sideways on a return nozzle for months without moving.I just got an anemone yesterday evening, and it moved all the way across my tank onto the other side, but it’s sitting upside down. It doesn’t look shrivelled up or anything, and the colour looks normal. Is this typical?
Once you touch them after months they might die.needs to be flipped over and maybe pushed towards a rock
Dp not flip, move or disturb it. It should gain footing and you can resume then normal (moderate) water flow.I turned off the lower power head and now just posted a pic of where I moved him. Hoping he’s ok!
