New to Me Reefer 200 XL G2 and Mechanical Filtration

Howdy,

I just setup one of these beauties I got a good deal on. I am not running the reefmat though it seems like many people are.

For those who are NOT, what are you running for mechanical filtration? It has one of those fine mesh socks. Are you putting floss in the sock or filter pads on the sock tray? Or using a different sock? I was considering 3d printing a filter cup.
