my personal experience with Neptune apex was that the quality control was terrible. Mine came with 2 tubes disconnected and when first starting up the unit reagents went everywhere. I sent a message to Neptune and the told me I had to take it apart and re connect the fittings… unacceptable for a brand new product. Once working it stopped working after 6 months and I had to pay shipping to have it fixed. I’ll stick with my Hanna checker and salifert for weekly checks

I’ve had great experiences with apex customer support and their equipment. Way more intuitive to use than profilux. Can hardly wait to get the new dos qd because the currrent dos is loud lol.
