Hey all, doing my Alk test using a Red Sea test kit. Not sure if I'm doing it correctly. I am using the Red Sea mature pro kit to cycle my tank.

When I add the first drop it doesn't get to the start color shown on the card. At drop 9 it gives me the color on the pic attached. If I read that correctly then the reading should be 8.5 dKH as the last drop got me past the end color of green.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Sweet that sounds good. Makes my first correct then. Same method got me 9 the first test. I feel better now lol. Thought I was doing it incorrectly.

Thanks for your help.
