Oase Biomaster and Tunze MAR 3181

Hello all. I have a Oase Biomaster 600 and a Tunze MAR 3181. I am attempting to make these work inline with each other, but I cannot for the life of me find hose splicers or new barbs that will work. Has anyone here connected these two inline with each other and if so, how did you do it?
