He is kinda hard to see, I have him circled in one pic. What is he and should I be concerned?

I can't see anything in the pic. The typical nuisance anemone is an aiptasia. You can find tons of pictures of them online.

Definitely an aiptasia-kill it with fire!
I usually superglue over them so I dont have to take the rock out. Or you can also putty over them if you dont mind the white putty look-Ive done that on the backside of my rocks.

Yep, I superglue in a circle-starting with the rock around it and ending right on top of where it would have been. When it senses water movement around it, it will shrivel back into the rock so make sure you know which crack its in before sticking your hand down there! you can always squeeze some extra in the crack itself before you start the little circle. I make sure theres 10000% that thing is not coming back.

After looking at the picture again, you have other options.
1) if its in the sand and not the rock, just scoop it out.
2) if its just attached at the tip of the rock edge, you could always take a hammer and a flathead tool and chisel that little piece off. (do it outside of the tank haha)
