Hey Everyone, I recently purchased a used PM2 module and have been having trouble setting it up. Every time I plug it in the status light always stays solid orange on PM2 module but on my EB8 the status light starts flashing green and throws my whole system into error.
I’ve tried a new aqua-bus cable, plugging it into every possible aqua-bus port and even directly into my main apex el controller and the same thing happened.
I’m going to try and clean ports on PM2 to see if the may be any rust but is there anything else I can do? I’ve contacted Neptune Support and they want me to send it in for them to look at. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance!
