Possible sick tang

I think possibly my tang is eating the bits of Chaeto coming out of my five. Hoping someone can tell me if I should worry about this, his butthole is filling with poop and not coming out. I think that’s what it is I don’t think it’s worms and I haven’t changed his diet.

I’d back off on the nori and the chaeto a bit. Give it more protein like mysid shrimp.

Will manual extraction be needed?
No. It wil pass it but while a herbivore, this fish needs variety including meats. Feed it : LRS herbivore diet, Formula 2 flake and frozen, TDO Pellets, small plankton, Hikari Marine cuisine, Ocean nutrition veggie diet. spirulina brine shrimp, mysis shrimp )as jsay mentioned and Prime reef
