Prazipro " forgot to turn of UV:

It's been 12 hours since I dosed 75 gallon forgot to turn off UV. Any advice ??? I just turned it off.

I’d let it run its course, do a water change and do a second round in 8 days. Might even need a third round.Prazi is most effective the first 3 days and essentially is gone from the water after 72 hours.
