Question for using foamed acrylic sheet in sump

I wonder if this type of acrylic sheet pvc FOAMALUX 10mm would work as a baffle in a sump. Specs as below

Thickness: 10MM
Material: Foamed PVC plastic
Color: White

Sure, Make sure you use a lot of silicone to hold it in place.
