Question on test kit

Testing ph on my salt water I made today set the test tube down on the top of the barrel and accidentally knocked it over and spilt some into the barrel is the solution going to hurt the water

Maybe Randy can chime In on this. But my thinking Is that small amount should not pose a problem. If It were me I would do a water change and make sure my skimmer was running at full capacity.

It was dumped in my fresh salt water not my tank it is was only about 1/5 of the test tube made it in there and it's a 55 gallon barrel

Personally, I'd dump the water in the barrel. Is it really worth the risk?
