Recently went to a Radion G6 Blue. Can't believe the spread from these lights, sort of mind blowing. Very light shimmer, great color mix and easy to set up. In acclimation mode right now and cannot believe the amount of light running at 60%. They got me... Radion's from now on.

Is that the reef flare pro m is twice the size of the radion g6. Here I don't know if size matters eheheh

the reef flare pros are very intense lights! Here in switzerland alot of reefers changed from radions to the reef flares though.

they pull massive PAR for sure!

For me the reef flares look pretty good!
However, I think they are rather new on the lighting market and therefore i dont want to try this before they are on the market for some years.

You could also conider a GNC BlueRay S or M?
These lights seem to be fantastic too.

@chipchipmofo My idea is to have the best quality/price light. I have an 80cm layout in a 90cm aquarium. I intend to have mixed Corals and maybe an acropora

Imo Reef Flares are cheaper compared to Radions.
I was in the same situation like you.

I have a 60cm cube reef tank and I choose the XR30 G5 Blue

The radion xr30 costs close to 1000 euros. The reef flare pro costs 690 euros, however there is still an L version for 939 euros. Now I don't know if the reef flare M version compares to the radion xr30
