Hey guys,

So on the instruction card it says to first add 0.4 ml of titrant to obtain the start color. My question is (all Red Sea instructions are so vague!) do you subtract that amount from the final reading or just go with the total used including the first 0.4?

It's in the written instructions but that is confusing too. It shows a start color but do I have to add titrent until it matches the color on the card and then subtract that amount from the total used?

You measure the total amount used from start to finish. Including the .4ml.

the Kh test in the "MarineCare" test kit is different, where you count drops.

Ah I think that's why I'm confused, I was using that one previously. Thanks so much!
