I dose 85 ml/day Aquaforest Balling +123 [fortified with TM K (in the Ca) and A (in the Alkalinity)] to about 100g. My Ca went up since the beginning of the month from 450 ± 20 to 560 (Using Hanna Checker) It may have been a glitch in my dosing pumps tuning (My alkalinity however is stable around 8.5). Can I reduce it back by specifically lowering the the Ca dosing ? Will it affect the Balling principle?

Yes, just dose less or none for a while and there is no concern. :)
