I was looking to seal some small holes and cracks temporarily without resorting to epoxy putty.

Digitate hydroids are seriously irritating some coral frags and just wanted to seal them in a week to foil their sweeper and starve them out.
Can’t get at them because they’re deep in the rock.

I mean kids eat play dough, so it’s gotta be reef safe right?

Play Doh is non toxic. I would think it would just dissolve in the saltwater, it is mainly flour and salt.

You're probably going to have to use The same two-part epoxy gig used for adhering coral. But put it in a way that you'll be able to peel it off. Easy enough later.

I have done this for the same reason multiple times in the past.
