Left side has some sort of emergency overflow, right intake is cut short and makes a lot of noise. Currently cycling fresh water and citric acid to clean. Will drain and rinse tomorrow morning.

Need serious suggestions on upgrading or improving this systems hardware for less than $1000.

Two return pumps right now.

Ask any questions!

It's a problem that they are quiet? Also there is not, just one pipe for drain and one for return on each end.
Sorry. Supposed to be "The only problem is that they can't handle much flow without being loud."

Do you know how much many gph the return pump is and what size the drain pipes are?

Durso piping is 1.25 into a 1.5 in beneath the tank. Had to reduce to fit. We are going to a get a Varios 6 and tee into 3/4 in for the return. It will also be running through a UV. Havent set up yet, but one upgrade that is being made is the single return.

That should all be fine. If the drains are loud, you can slow down the Varios with its controller.

A single 3/4" return for a big tank? I wouldn't do that.
