If you are worried about the floor being able to support it. I would get concrete deck piers and cut 4x4's to length and use the appropriate brackets to screw them into place directly under your floor joists. Depending on what kind of flexibility you have to placing the tank it would help alot if you place it perpendicular to the floor joists.

I agree on seeing which way your joists are running and go opposite that. This will give you more support. Plus think about the fact that most stands are built with 2x4 and your floor is more than likely more.
