Rhomboid Wrasse has fungus. Need HELP!!!

My Rhomboid wrasse has fungus maybe from ich not sure. has been in QT all weekend an don its 2nd day treatment with Furan-2. Looks to be getting worst, I need help.

I gotta be honest here, I'm not completely sure this is Fungal. It looks awfully bacterial and non-hemorrhagic in my experience. I would definitely do a multi-factorial approach and treat for both. I really like a triple sulfa treatment for a wound like this b/c it covers mycobacterium... which this kinda looks like. So, I would choose an anti-fungal and a triple sulfa anti-bacterial, and hit the guy with it ASAP. Sadly, these infections rarely end well.
